The Nutcracker

The Nutcracker, one of the most performed and popular ballets of all time, is now told by the virtuoso movements of the dancers of the Kiev Ballet. With music by Tchaikovsky and choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov, this is a show full of beauty, magic and charm.

This magical ballet tells the story of Clara, a girl who receives as a Christmas gift from her godfather, a nutcracker in the shape of a soldier doll. During the night, she is transported to a magical world where toys come to life and the nutcracker transforms into a prince. Together, they travel through a fantasy world full of sweets and flowers, and fight against the evil Rat King.
