Inóspita

Inóspita is the solo guitar project by Lisbon based Inês Matos. Inês plays guitar since a young age and teaches the instrument at Academia de Guitarra since she was 16. She has studied at Escola Jazz Luiz Villas-Boas of Hot Clube de Portugal. She plays in bands since her teenager years and is a member of Chinaskee and João Borsch projects.

Her second album, E nós, Inóspita? was released on September 2024. It was recorded in Sintra in the beginning of the same year and it’s a homage to the people around her. It will be presented live at Lux on January 23.
