Waltzes, polkas, operetta overtures, and marches from the Strauss family are the four main elements of the New Year’s Concert, founded in Vienna in 1939.The tradition has come and gone, today expanded on a global scale. But the world has changed a lot since then, and so has the quintessence of these moments. There is no New Year’s Concert like this.
