In this exhibition Pauliana Valente Pimentel showcases photographs of places, people and situations which reflect different aspects of São Miguel Island, Azores, offering an intimate portrait of young local people in their social and landscape contexts. The islanders’ way of life, the various local groups and the way they express their openness and freedom have always interested the artist and influenced the approach she has been developing over the years. This exhibition, which brings together 22 photographs, is a reiteration of the exhibition Pauliana Valente Pimentel held in 2018 at Galeria Fonseca Macedo, Ponta Delgada.
Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
Guided tour with the artist: November 16 and January 11 at 3 pm
