Quartel do Carmo |

The Commemorative Commission of the 50th Anniversary of April 25th organizes guided tours in English to Museu da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) and Quartel do Carmo between April 22nd and May 7th (Tuesdays, 11 am, and Wednesdays, 3 pm).

Learn more about the history of Quartel do Carmo and its role in the Carnation Revolution, which ended the dictatorship in Portugal in 1974.
The visits take place on April 22, 23, 29 and 30, and May 6 and 7.
