The Choir of Magdalen College Oxford

Magdalen College Oxford Choir is one of the three foundation choirs within the University of Oxford. The College was founded in 1458, and in the statutes, provision was made for the eight clerks, four chaplains and sixteen choristers of Magdalen College Choir.

Under the guidance of a range of renowned conductors, the choristers have performed at high-profile concerts such as the BBC Proms, working with some of the UK’s leading orchestras, performing music by renowned contemporary composers on recordings and collaborating in music for cinema and television. In July, they play four free concerts in Lisbon.
